The E4 Engendering Empowerment: Education and Equality conference organised by UNGEI in collaboration with the Institute of Education, University of London, will take place in Dakar 17-20 May 2010. Celebrating the 10th anniversary of the Education for All Dakar Framework for Action, the E4 conference will assess progress made since 2000 and investigate remaining constraints on boys' and girls’ education and on the achievement of EFA goals.
