John Lovely

Dr John Lovely is Managing Director of Xentec, a limited company based in the United Kingdom. Its main areas of expertise are in the design and development of application software, around which Dr Lovely and Xentec also provide consultancy services and infrastructure support. The Company was founded in 1983 (reg num 1771952) and it currently employs four full time staff and three subcontracted staff.

John is currently working with EfC on EMIS development in Ukraine and is also providing consultancy in Eritrea. He has recent experience in Macedonia, Romania and Sri Lanka.
