Carlotta de Vivanco

Carlotta de Vivanco was an intern at EfC between October 2007 and October 2008. Her main tasks were to produce Update documents on a number of key areas concerning education and development, such as harmonisation, governance, fragile states, capacity building, decentralisation and financing education. These included key decision points, actors, policies and practices, important resources, and references to key documents. As part of this, she re-organised and enhanced EfC's internal library. In addition, she contributed to day-to-day business operations.

Carlotta completed her BA in Politics and International Relations at the University of Kent in Canterbury in 2007 and recently also completed an MSc in Development Studies at the School of Oriental and African Studies in London.
