Consultants based in Central or South America

We are looking for consultants fluent in Spanish and English based in Central or South America for current and future consulting opportunities in the education sector.

Consultants must demonstrate:

• experience in the education sector (design and implementation of projects or programmes in formal and non formal education, gender and inclusion, teacher training, higher education or ICT in education/distance learning/e-learning),
• experience with national ministries, donors and international organisations such as UN or bilateral agencies and national or international NGOs,
• experience of project and programme evaluations in the education sector.
